SVSADVISER OÜ, Registration No. 17023117, Address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ravi tn 2, 10134, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store," provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

1. General Terms

If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations "Regulations on Distance Contracts," and others.

2. Making a Purchase

The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be displayed on the screen. Complete the order by making a payment.

3. Payment Terms

The currency of payment on the website is Euro. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, operated by Maksekeskus AS:

• Latvian Internet Bank Payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
• Estonian Internet Bank Payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
• Lithuanian Internet Bank Payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
• Finnish Internet Bank Payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki
• Visa/Mastercard Payments

NB! When using Internet banking for payment, confirm your order and click the "Return to Merchant" button.

Personal data required for making payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract is deemed effective once the payment is successfully credited to the online store's bank account. If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of notification.

4. Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia. Purchased goods are delivered using OMNIVA, DPD, or Latvijas Pasts. All customs duties and taxes payable at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 2-5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, in which case the customer will be informed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The withdrawal right does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must only be used for their intended purpose. The buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period. Improper use or damage to the product, careless handling, or failure to follow instructions may result in a reduction of the refundable amount proportional to the loss in product value.

To use the withdrawal right, submit the withdrawal form (available here: [form link]) by sending it to office@sportvel.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

The buyer must return the product to the seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form. The seller will refund all payments received from the buyer no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of its return.

6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Products

The online store is responsible for non-conformities or defects in the products sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery or arose within 6 months of delivery.

If a purchased product has a defect, the buyer has the right to request its repair or replacement free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, the seller will refund the full purchase amount.

The seller responds to the buyer's complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data entered by the buyer when placing an order (e.g., name, surname, email, etc.).

The online store provides personal data to delivery service providers to ensure the delivery of the goods.

If you have explicitly agreed to receive marketing messages, we may occasionally contact you with information about our services and latest offers. The buyer can opt-out of marketing communications by notifying us at office@sportvel.com.

8. Dispute Resolution

For matters not covered in these Terms, the buyer and seller agree to adhere to the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes arising between the buyer and seller will be resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The buyer also has the right to seek dispute resolution through EU dispute resolution.
