Shipping Methods
During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method. Depending on your address, the system will display available options, including courier services and parcel lockers. Orders cannot be finalized without selecting a shipping method.

Available Delivery Options

  • Courier Delivery:
    Available across the Baltic States.

  • Parcel Lockers:
    Omniva parcel lockers available in the Baltic States.

Free Shipping
We provide free shipping under the following conditions:
  • Omniva parcel lockers: Free shipping for orders over €30.
Paid Shipping
For orders under €30, shipping fees are as follows:
  • Parcel locker: €3
  • Courier delivery: €5
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Please note that the delivery time starts from the moment your order has been processed and packaged for shipping.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and can range from 1 business day to up to 5 weeks. If the processing time exceeds 1 week (5 business days), our team will contact you.

Deliveries are made only on business days between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM local time. Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during these hours to receive the order.

Detailed Delivery Address
Please provide a detailed delivery address, including additional information such as building or apartment numbers (if applicable). Missing or incorrect information may result in delayed deliveries and additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
Phone Number
Provide a valid phone number where you can be reached during delivery hours. Couriers often call before delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the order. Incorrect or unreachable phone numbers may lead to delays.Identification
Requirement
Couriers may ask for a valid photo ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) at the time of delivery to verify the recipient’s identity. Only the last 5 digits of the ID number will be noted.Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items for accuracy and condition in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage to the packaging (e.g., torn seals, damaged boxes), note this on the delivery document or notify us immediately by emailing office@sportvel.com. If the order is delivered to an Omniva parcel locker, report any discrepancies to us promptly.

If no issues are reported, it will be considered that the items were delivered in good condition.
